Attorney (Hybrid)

Boutique law firm seeking 0-2 year associate attorney for our business services division, which includes but is not limited to business formation, contracts, general counsel services and litigation.

Duties

• Meet with and advise business clients
• Responsible for managing a diverse caseload from general counsel services, to transactional work, and litigation from inception through pre-trial and trial under the guidance of senior attorney
• Draft law and motion
• Draft and respond to discovery' Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Support other attorneys in other departments as necessary (estate planning, trusts, probate, family law, and non-profit)

Desired Skills and Experience Required:

• JD; CA State Bar License
• 0-2 years of litigation experience with substantial law and motion experience.

Salary

• Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
