Regional Account Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will play a crucial role in driving business growth by achieving sales goals in strategic growth markets. To do so, the RAM will develop partnerships with key decision-makers and identify new business opportunities to drive top line growth. The individual in this role will professionally represent SWAT Environmental, a company dedicated to creating safer environments by enhancing indoor air quality in homes and workplaces across the United States. As the nation’s leading radon mitigation company, SWAT Environmental is committed to creating healthier homes by reducing radon in homes – the #1 cause of lung cancer among non-smokers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve company sales targets in strategic growth markets.
- Proactively grow sales by generating new accounts and expanding wallet share with existing customer base.
- Focus on residential real estate and new construction channels.
- Create, implement, and execute sales strategies.
- Distribute marketing materials and company information to key prospects.
- Conduct one-on-one presentations/office presentations and lunch and learns with real estate professionals.
- Educate real estate prospects on radon mitigation services, best practices, and processes.
- Create brand awareness and show value for radon industry within key markets.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking functions.
- Align with internal operational leaders to ensure growth and sales success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Recent proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals, with a strong desire to succeed.
- “Hunter” sales mentality.
- Exceptional prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills.
- Ability to strategize and prioritize efforts to achieve goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrable presentation skills, negotiation skills, and strong closing ability.
- Demonstrate high level of professionalism with the ability to relate to and influence a broad range of stakeholders, internal and external.
BENEFITS:
- $80,000 - 85,000 salary, plus commission (Compensation will be discussed during Interview)
