3Point Cleaning offers custom office cleaning services all over the state of Maine. We help government agencies, banks, schools, financial institutions, airports, professional offices, retail stores, repair shops, and industrial sites ensure their first impressions always shine.
Our company is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee nightly operations. We're looking for someone who has an ability to work well with others and a commitment to customer service. We're interested in hiring a leader and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and the ability to make logical decisions under pressure. This person will need to be comfortable using a basic task management software and working with spreadsheets.
We will train the right candidate.
This is an afternoon/night time shift that requires some late nights and travel throughout Maine.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management of regional accounts
- Managing Workflow
- Training New Hires
- Resolving Issues
- Employee Performance Evaluation
- Quality Assurance Checks
- Scheduling
- Nightly Paperwork/Reporting
- Reports to the Operations Director
- Occasional Cleaning/Shift Coverage
The Night Manager will receive a company car, phone and laptop. Wage determined by experience. Must be willing to drive to multiple locations any given night. May drive an hour or more.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
