Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Associate to join our HR team. As a Senior Human Resources Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and contributing to the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide onboarding support for new hires, including organizing orientation sessions, preparing documentation, and ensuring a seamless integration into the Elemy team.

  2. Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and addressing employee inquiries.

  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

  4. Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives.

  5. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and providing guidance on policies and procedures.

  6. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.

  7. Assist with planning and executing company events, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.

  8. Collaborate with HR team members to implement new policies, procedures, and initiatives.

  9. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related role.

  3. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

  7. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
