Position Summary
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with the overarching organizational strategy.
  • Partner with leaders and their teams to provide coaching and counsel on matters related to organization design, organization development, workforce planning, talent management, and all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Work closely with leadership and employees to enhance employee engagement, development, retention, and organizational effectiveness aimed at delivering strong business performance
  • Lead annual processes related to performance management and compensation planning
  • Collaborate with Talent Attraction regarding recruitment activities for key positions
  • Be a credible coach and confidante to leadership teams, as well as a strong employee advocate
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues through conducting effective, detailed, and objective investigations.
  • Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a variety of Human Resource or related positions
  • Demonstrated influencing and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience developing & executing broad organizational strategies
  • Successful experience developing and coaching leadership
  • Driven leader who sets high standards, possesses a positive outlook, is a continuous learner, and will roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead, and execute projects with independence
  • Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • PHR/SPHR certification, SHRM-CP/SCP. preferred
