This Would Be Your Schedule…
- Monday – Friday / up to 15hours between 9 am – 3 pm
Your Responsibilities:
Primary role is reviewing health care documentation, being a resource for Skylark team, and assisting in the operations of the center when needed.
- Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our senior population.
- Review and complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements.
- Member Assessments in the center and home
- Care plan development.

Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm; love of seniors
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse License
- Good computer skills
- Skilled multi-tasker
- Experience with senior private in-home care a plus
- Drug Free Workplace; EOE
