Hr Senior Manager

Robert Half HR Solutions is sourcing for a Part-Time Contract Senior HR Manager/Leader for our client in located in South Florida. This engagement will last approximately 6-9 months and will require 20-30 hours per week.

This role can be primary remote however frequent travel to South Florida will be required weekly or every other week initially to meet with senior leadership and then taper off to 1x per month as the engagement progresses. Preference given to EST candidates.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 15+ years of experience as a Senior HR Leader at the Director or VP level with at least 5 or more direct reports. Including managing a report offshore.

- Oversight of HR functions (Talent Aquisition, Benefits, Employee Relations, EEOC Issues)

- Experience with Private Equity and M& A highly desirable

- Healthcare or Technology industry experience preferred
