Assistant Guest Service Managers provide excellent service to all guests with efficient check-out while assisting with the management of all aspects of the Front End department. You maintain a consistent presence on the Front End ensuring that service levels are maintained and that guest satisfaction and morale is high. You assist with hiring, scheduling, training and supervising all Front End crew members. Additionally, you assist in tracking sales, managing the department’s budget and ordering supplies. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements and you actively participate with cleaning and sanitizing front end areas, tools and equipment. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years experience in a retail environment.
Union and Non-Union: “The pay range is $16.53 to @$22.15 per hour, but no less than the local
minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications
and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of
service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical,
dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay
(accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and
retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
