As Netflix continues to grow, we are looking for an Associate to join the Product Discovery & Promotion, Finance, Strategy & Analysis (PDP FS&A) team, primarily focused on the Product Creative Studio (PCS) space within Product Discovery & Promotion. PDP is comprised of multiple teams responsible for developing assets (such as subtitles, synopsis and more) that help our members discover and choose stories on the Netflix platform. Specifically, the Product Creative Studio team develops promotional artwork and videos for each title; so if you've been convinced to click "play" after seeing those assets, you've experienced the amazing work of our Product Creative Studio team.
This role will help maximize the business impact of PDP on all of Netflix and its members. To succeed, you will need to be highly analytical, a strong problem solver, and an effective and influential communicator in order to drive thought leadership with a wide array of cross-functional partners who have different backgrounds, levels, and experiences. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual and creative curiosity, and display strong initiative for meeting the business demands within PDP and Product Creative Studio. This role will be based out of Los Angeles, California, with periodic travel globally. It will report directly to a Senior Manager, as well as require close cross-functional collaboration across other Creative Production teams as well as Data Science & Engineering, Content Promotion & Distribution (creates tooling/solutions), Product Innovation, Marketing Strategy, etc.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $290,000.
