As an Associate Program Manager for Learning and Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of learning initiatives that align with our strategic business objectives. This role will provide you with valuable experience in driving continuous improvement and shaping the vision of our learning programs. You will work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Assist in conducting discovery sessions with business partners to identify learning needs and align them with strategic roadmaps
- Support prioritization of learning needs by analyzing business requirements, stakeholder input, and ROI projections
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to align learning programs with strategic goals and objectives
- Contribute to the creation of detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of learning programs
- Analyze training program effectiveness and impact by working closely with analysts to ensure consistent measurement and evaluation of data
- Provide support in consulting on learning design plans, applying principles of adult learning theory and specialized business knowledge to drive continuous improvement efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience designing and delivering training programs or workshops
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in developing project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on key metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Products
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment

$68,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
