Manager Chemical Dependency Programs
Near Oakland, CA

Additionally, they are a part of one of the largest and most successful health systems in the United States.
The have engaged our firm to help them identify a top behavioral health leader to take their addiction services to the next level.
Accountable for leadership and supervision of the Addiction Services. Assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. Represents the program in the community when appropriate. Develops relationships with regional payors, employers and providers to maintain or increase program referrals
EDUCATION:
- Master's or Doctorate in: psychiatric nursing, social work, counseling, or related field.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
- LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR,
- LMFT-Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist OR,
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist, OR
- Licensed APRN in psychiatry (NP or CNS)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
- 5 years experience in hospital-based addiction settings.
- 4 years management or supervisory experience in hospital-based psychiatric settings.
