LOOKING FOR: A mission-driven, Mid-level Management Professional with an active Secret Clearance to join our AMERICAN SYSTEMS team as an Associate Program Management Specialist in San Diego, CA. Candidate will support the United States Navy. As an Associate Program Management Specialist, you will: Support to the United States Navy.

A week in the life of an Associate Program Management Specialist: Develop acquisition briefs, point papers and data call responses to senior stakeholders. Identify and manage risks and opportunities, and issues. Developing, plan and manage strategic engagements, relationships and events.

Maintain program calendars and action items. Provide working knowledge of a wide range of acquisition statutory and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with amplifying Navy and SPAWAR Instructions.

Support DoD 5000 Series/SECNAVINST 5000 Documentation, including Rapid Prototyping guidance, DoD Risk, Issue and Opportunity Implementation Guide Perform cost estimating to include Program Office Estimates (POEs), Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCE), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Service Cost Position (SCP) and analyses, Cost Benefit Analysis, Cost Comparison Analysis, Business Case Analysis, trade studies, and Cost As an Independent Variable Analysis, Should Cost Savings Acquisition planning including Acquisition Program Baselines, Acquisition Decision Memoranda and briefs, Perform financial planning to preparing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) exhibits, spend plan development, and similar briefings for program/project budgeting and execution. Experience with Navy Enterprise Planning (NERP) reports.
