Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Retail Program Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

AS A PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THE SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION OF MULTIPLE PROJECTS WITHIN A PROGRAM. THIS INCLUDES RESOURCE ALLOCATION BUDGET MANAGEMENT STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION AND ENSURING ADHERENCE TO REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. YOU WILL COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DRIVE NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY.

Program Manager will concurrently handle one or more large SAP implementation/upgrade projects simultaneously for our customers, providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement SAP S4 related solutions.
Work closely with SAP architects, technical teams, functional analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables.
Communicate optimally with clients regarding the SAP project, project methodology, technology and functionality.
Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution.
Possess influencing skills and personal presence to optimally represent at the highest level- externally and internally, formally and informally, encouraging confidence and respect for both the functions represented and as an individual and you can build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.
Solid experience in the SAP ASAP Methodology as well as excellent presentation skills

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years of successful experience running large scale programs with SAP as a key component.
Minimum of 5 years of SAP Program Management experience
Deep experience in at least one SAP module.
Experience in at least 2 end to end implementation of S/4 global programs in capacity role as a Program Manager.
PMP Certification required.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,00 – 180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
