The Role:
As an associate for the Media Ops & Creative Asset Management teams, you will play a key role in working with internal media activation and operations teams as well as external partners to manage the creative asset workflow. Additionally, you will assist with ad ops tasks associated with digital media campaigns. This role’s primary focus and responsibility is the management of creative assets and troubleshooting partner previews, including quality checks and maintaining technical specifications, and routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client, internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners. The role will be vital in maintaining a partner spec library and submitting creative specs to client parties.
Qualifications

- Interest/education in digital ad serving, information systems or web/app development
- Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript
- Strong MS Office skills
- 0-1 years of experience working in online advertising operations or related field
- Strong Interpersonal & excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels
- Detail-oriented and dependable

Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide ongoing ad and creative trafficking support for Project Managers during campaigns (clickthrough updates, creative swaps, new tag production, QA, organizing specs, and pulling reports & viewing data)
- Maintain campaign, trafficking, & publisher nuances and contacts in Excel & Google Sheets
- Utilize resources and historical knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues
- Understand the Ad Serving Landscape & effectively communicate creative & tagging capabilities to other non-technical teams
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize account needs each week
- Providing clear daily communication related to status and next steps for all pending, complete, or at-risk items
- Performing initial QA of delivered creative assets to confirm that all expected items have been received and meet basic spec requirements (such as file type, file size, and clip length)
Compensation Range: $34,000 - $45,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
