Role Overview:
The Director of BPM Operations will be responsible for overseeing the budget management group, supporting several of our OMG agencies, and developing best practices and procedures to ensure quality control across all clients and seamless agency integration for shared accounts. Budget Management oversees and coordinates all aspects of client budget management and audit to ensure consistency and control over stewardship of client budgets. This role will work with the Financial Reporting team closely to prepare budgets/revenue/profit forecasts for Sr. Management. The ideal candidate would be proactive, detail oriented, deadline driven, have experience managing people as well as be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role reports into the Chief Financial Officer, US Strategic Investments.
Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience including previous management responsibility (media/advertising/entertainment industry preferred)
• CPA with a Master's Degree in Accounting or MBA and Public Accounting Background highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge (need to know pivot tables, vlookups, etc) Macro knowledge would be great as well.
• Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to pay attention to detail and effectively communicate findings.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with others and foster an environment of team work.
• History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with coworkers at all levels including Senior Leadership.
• Ability to work after hours as needed during budget season, quarterly forecasts, and year end.
• Team player who can function well in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and work within strict deadlines
• High degree of maturity, diplomacy and professionalism - ability to work autonomously at times
• Proactive "can-do" attitude

Responsibilities

• This position provides leadership and guidance to all BPM and client teams needing guidance and advice on client fiscal matters.
• Oversight over timeliness of stewarding the overall process to maintain current balances in compliance with client contracts
• Developing and assisting with client fees including labor reconciliations
• Responsible for ensuring Billings and Revenue data is accurate within the planning/forecasting system.
• Provide insight and support to the BPMs on all audits
• Work closely with Client finance, A/R, Accounting on all balance sheet process points
• Provide guidance on developing and improving the quality of the staff
• Oversight of BPM team and their responsibilities

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
