As our Associate Marketing Communications Manager, you will serve as an integral part of the Customer Solutions’ Communications Team supporting the Transformation Strategies organization with development and implementation of key Marketing Communications strategies focused on Stryker’s ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) business.

What you will do:
- Develop persuasive, benefit-driven messaging to articulate value propositions to different customers groups in alignment with their needs
- Support the development and authoring of Commercialization Plans for launches and Annual Marketing Plans, translating strategies into actionable Marketing Communications tactics
- Develops and manages the omnichannel communication strategy to align with business objectives and growth expectations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ASC market landscape: market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape to shape our go to market approach
- Provide creative direction for marketing and promotional materials including messaging, collateral development, digital and advertising strategies.
- Working cross-functionally, oversees content strategy, including the development and distribution of digital and traditional advertising campaigns, print and web-based publications, social media, and emerging opportunities; facilitates routing and approval and editing of all projects
- In partnership with Marketing develops and executes integrated communication plans for ASC program/product launches, marketing campaigns, customer events and other programs as needed
- Assess competitive insights, adjusting messaging, strategy and tactics as needed
- Serve as a brand steward, adhering to, promoting, training, and integrating Stryker’s visual and verbal brand guidelines
- Create key documents: business reviews, marketing strategies, proposals, recommendations
- Develop presentations for self and others, organizing key points and supporting information in a visually stimulating and concise manner for the target audience
- Drive the digital presence for respective portfolios, implementing innovative solutions that bridge mobile, social, email and digital media
- Drive day-to-day social media channel engagement including planning, crafting, curating, designing, and analyzing digital content via multiplatform environments
- Manages outside vendors/agencies in the creative development of advertising and marketing campaigns (advertising agency/design firm, video production company, animation agency, illustrators, photographers, etc.) to include management of the Marketing Communications budget
- Supports industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings and labs, national sales meeting, trade shows and other strategic meetings.
- Identify, track, analyze and report on key metrics
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of work experience required
- 3+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
- Ability to influence in matrix environment
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
$85,500 - $182,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based
on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
