OVERVIEW
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop a compelling product vision for MarTech solutions that is built on top of a deep, data- driven understanding of consumer and business needs.
- Develop close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the product and its capabilities are aligned with business goals.
- Solicit and integrate feedback from end users on product capabilities and deliverables to ensure capabilities and outputs are delivering intended value
- Serves as the “voice of the product” and therefore is the liaison between business and the development teams; translating features into product requirements within the team’s backlog and managing, ranking and prioritizing the backlog so that it is reflective of stakeholder requirements and priorities and driving a steady cadence of improvements and new capabilities.
- Develop annual and quarterly plans roadmap for MarTech platform.
- Manage the execution of initiatives from solution through launch and ongoing enhancements.
- Establish performance measures and monitor to ensure value is realized for use cases.
- Drive MarTech strategy and recommendations to brands for expanding the use of existing and new capabilities translating brand strategies into MarTech technology solutions.
- Write technical briefs and requirements for relevant product updates or enhancements.
- Leverage agile experimentation to learn fast and roll out new capabilities.
- Excellent communication and influence skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching product solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Experience in writing business/functional requirements

- Able to effectively navigate across the organization at all levels.
- Demonstrated willingness and bias to break away from “business as usual,” working differently to deliver results.
- Passion for & experience in one of the following areas: 1) email marketing; 2) Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Salesforce Marketing certification
- Agile marketing or development process with experience working in Agile/Product teams.
- Able to effectively navigate across the organization at all levels.
- Demonstrated willingness and bias to break away from “business as usual,” working differently to deliver results.
- Passion for & experience in one of the following areas: 1) email marketing; 2) Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Salesforce Marketing certification
- Experience conducting current state vs. future state mapping and developing plans for continuous enhancements.
