We are currently seeking a Business and Clinical Office Manager to grow our dental office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and an interest in working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Office Manager will be the main point of contact for both our internal and external affairs. We're looking for a highly motivated and experencied individual with a track record of excellence who is organized, professional, and dedicated to exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Must be very dedicated and open to learning.
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to present treatment plans.
- Plan and execute office events.
- Schedule dental appointments, answer phone calls and address patients needs.
- Create office timelines.
- Organize and manage projects and workers.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior co-workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
