Job Summary

They provide HR services related to labor and employee relations, compensation and recruiting. They interface with HR Programs on the delivery of standard, consistent HR processes and talent activities for individual employees and managers. Generalists typically support HRMs in support of their business units. Experienced or hi-potential Associate Generalists may day-to-day transactional HR activities, growing into the HRG role.
Job Description

- Complete HR activities for individual employees by location (job changes, comp changes hiring, terms, investigations, etc.).
- Facilitate and advise on all programmatic HR activities (goal setting, performance reviews, talent planning, salary planning, etc.).
- Execute on HR priorities and/or initiatives for their group.
- Assist with administration of day-to-day HR activities: performance management, compensation/benefits, recruitment, employee engagement and employee development.
- Complete routine HR activities for individual employees by location (job changes, comp changes hiring, terms, etc.) and provide administrative support for specific employee relation cases.
- Provide guidance on programmatic HR activities (goal setting, performance reviews, talent planning, salary planning, etc.)
- Execute on functional-level HR priorities and/or initiatives.
- Build strong relationships, internally within the HR team, with internal partners, as well as client group leaders.
- Work closely with HR Managers and other Generalists to build and maintain relationships to client group employees across the US in field and home office locations, partnering with specialist teams when necessary.
- Prepare and/or ensure all documentation needed to maintain employee files in the HRIS is completed, such as: department transfers, salary changes, terminations, new hires, etc.
- Obtains approval from appropriate HRBP and work with HRIS team for processing and reporting.
- Assist with recruiting efforts from identifying the need to filling a position; by working with hiring manager to craft a job description, initiating the posting, and partnering with talent acquisition team to fill the role, and potentially being part of the interview panel.
- Assist to ensure a proper onboarding experience for all new hires by working with the new hire directly and coaching the hiring manager.
- Run and analyze ad-hoc reports from the HRIS, to support HR team.
- Work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization on sensitive and/or confidential information; create and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external customers.
- Assist HR Managers to execute compensation programs within the client group, to include data management, data analysis, data integrity and providing guidance to management team on compensation related issues.
- Assist HR Managers and client groups in employee engagement program implementation, specifically supporting the action planning process and execution.
- Work with benefit administrator to manage employee disability & leave information, including supporting the interactive process with the employee.
Skills Required
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Communication Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through on deliverables to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish assignments.
- HRIS experience; Workday preferred.
- Microsoft Excel/Word/Teams experience along with a strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Must be able to handle highly confidential information.
- Must be an outgoing, high energy and creative individual who can work well with employees at all levels Company-wide.

Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business or 3 years of equivalent experience.
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour based on qualifications.
