The HR Generalist willcontribute to a unionized manufacturing plant of approximately 200 employees. You will provide tactical and strategic human resources support to a manufacturing plant as a business partner for site labor and employee relations, recruiting, staffing, payroll, talent management, and culture. Effective time management and organization are key to delivering Company initiatives and programs and completing regular transactional duties and responsibilities.
- Manages the recruitment process for all hourly positions by opening job requisitions in ICIMS, and coordinating candidate interviews. Manage pre-employment assessments. Communicate with hiring managers, candidates, 3rd party recruiters, travel agencies and other interview team members to execute well-planned interview days.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team on posting of key roles. Work with hiring managers to provide historical job descriptions as needed. Work through the hiring process, from offers to onboarding new employees.
