Senior Associate, External Audit Generalist (Multiple Positions)

Senior Associate, External Audit Generalist(Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Los Angeles, CA. Provide clients with business advice on technical accounting and financial reporting standards, proactively identifying and articulating emerging technical issues. Apply auditing standards and firm audit methodology, reinforce compliance requirements, and evaluate and respond to the results of audit procedures. Apply project management skills to maximize the effectiveness of the audit, managing and prioritizing issues based on materiality and risk.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Salary: $92,206/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Tax, or a related field, plus 2 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

· Applying Project Management Methodology, disciplining, scoping, planning, and overseeing complex engagements;

· Assessing engagement risks, driving conclusions, reviewing, and delivering projects;

· Applying applicable technical accounting and financial reporting standards supporting the resolution of technical issues through effective analysis of accounting standards and issues; and

· Working with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.S. GAAP), United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (U.S. GAAS), and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 60% is required.
