Associate Facilities Services Manager
Location: Kearny Mesa, CA 92111
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $52,000 - $64,000, plus an uncapped commission structure

An industry leading provider of maintenance and janitorial services is seeking an Associate Facilities Services Manager to join their team. The Associate Facilities Services Manager will be the day to day, one point of contact for the commercial properties where we provide janitorial and other building maintenance services.
Job Duties:
day-to-day operations of major Clients to include supply order, processing and stocking, meeting room set-up/tear-down, light handyman duties, set-up and delivery of catering, assist with furniture and workstation reconfiguration and minor repair, special event set-up/tear down and other duties as assigned, maintenance of storage areas, coordinate internal office moves. (These tasks will take up approximately 4 hours of each workday)
Other Account management duties will include:
guidance with starting new clients
inspections of Independent Contractor (IC) performance and compliance with client requirements
trouble-shooting customer request/complaints
coordinating site visits
developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and Independent Contractors.
negotiating contracts and extra service proposals
procuring supplies for clients
ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to a defined scope of work
growing existing contracts with additional services (upsells)
participating in the process of recruiting Independent Contractors (ICs)
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Account management experience in Facilities, Construction, Janitorial or Landscaping
Bi-lingual (but not necessary)
Previous experience with handyman and event set-up services, administrative support
Effective leader and problem solver
Creative and resourceful
Ability to multi-task
Communicates in a professional, direct style
