- Lead all aspects of the quality assurance department to include recruitment, scheduling, training, performance tracking, talent management and daily production supervision for HVC sales sites.
- Maintain communication with sales management regarding quality of information presented to customers during the sales process.
- Work closely with NOA contract production management regarding the quality of contracts produced for the sales team.
- Travel, as necessary, to sales sites to assist with training of new and existing Quality Assurance Officers.
- Work in conjunction with sales and NOA to improve customer experience during the sales process.
- Review existing compensation plans and determine adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure consistency throughout the contracting and sales process to deliver a recordable contract with minimal errors.
- Work closely with the NOA Audit and Settlement team to ensure the quality of the quality assurance process.
- Review and report monthly on recorded closings; identifying trends and solutions to mitigate concerns or issues.
- Work closely with human resources to finalize the annual Compliance Training for all sales and SQ associates.
- BA/BS Degree or commensurate experience
- Active California Real Estate and Notary licenses required.
- Minimum of five years vacation ownership industry experience in areas of sales and/or verification/quality assurance roles
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, and attention to detail
- Strong business acumen
- Reconciling and balancing financial reports
