The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services team :
Enterprise Services (ES) has an exciting HR Business Partnerrole opening supporting our Business Services organization. This dynamic and fast-paced, HR Business Partner role will be responsible for leading HR initiatives supporting the Enterprise Services Business Services teams across multiple locations across the US and some international locations. The position provides leadership on various Human Resources initiatives surrounding organizational design/effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, compensation, and employee relations. This position will also work on key priorities and initiatives as part of the broader Enterprise Services HR team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively partner with client groups in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment with both domestic and international employees and leaders, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders to meet organizational objectives, including talent management, organization design and development (e.g., change management, leader effectiveness, succession planning), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Partner with Enterprise HR and Corporate teams, HR Centers of Excellence and the People Services organization to implement program strategies to support the long-term business goals and objectives of the organization.
- Deliver organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse workforce
- Partner, advise and coach leaders and employees in order to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness
- Ensure proper staffing levels, infuse talent into the organization and improve bench strength. Proactively strengthen diversity as part of the talent acquisition strategy.
- Counsel employees and leaders on performance development, career planning, talent development and other topics.
- Drive the coordination and completion of talent reviews, associated talent calibration activities and associated action plans within their client group.
- Lead HR core processes: workforce planning and optimization, performance development, change management, succession planning, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation
- Objectively assess and bring to resolution employee relations issues and work with appropriate organizational stakeholders.
- Participates and collaborates as an integral part of the ES HR team. Develops and leads HR projects that encompass both domestic and international locations. Participates in and promotes a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization and other organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
- This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate discipline and 12 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in the appropriate discipline and 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in a Business Partner or generalist role
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools/sites that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Virtual leadership experience, with ability to think globally and interact with people in multiple locations.
- Prior HR leadership experience and deep knowledge of HR fundamentals
- Excellent HR partner skills and ability to interact with all levels in the organization
- Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment who collaborates for success
- Highly adaptable and agile to manage and influence complex and evolving priorities
- Experience working with senior leadership to communicate and implement HR programs to support the business goals.
- Ability to communicate (written & verbal) and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills to draw appropriate conclusions from data and expertise in systems, anticipating second and third order of effects when making recommendations
- Must be willing to work hybrid from one of the following major Enterprise Services hubs: Farmington, CT or Richardson, TX

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
