THE PERSON:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and enable a culture of innovation and positive employee, manager, and candidate experience
- Consult, coach and execute with the business to identify, develop, and drive key human capital initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, and rewards and recognition
- Analyze and communicate insights using key talent metrics to provide guidance to the business
- Partner and team with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, enhance, align, and drive the effectiveness of enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives
- Strategically drive pay-for-performance including salary planning, promotions, resource planning and talent calibration
- Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations; providing coaching techniques and developing performance improvement plans
- Experience in a global, matrixed technical/engineering high tech company
- Demonstrated ability to analyze/use HR metrics to partner with the business, influence action and be the HR champion and co-owner of business agenda
- Knowledge and application of processes and programs such as organization design and development, change management, workforce and succession planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, training, and recruitment
- Proven operational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive cross functional relationships
- Working closely and cooperatively with other regional HR and other functional WW leaders
- A track record of creativity and innovative solutions
