The following position is to join our Raytheon team:
Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) isseeking an Associate Director, Business Integrator/Program Managementto support programs across multiple functions within the MissionSolutions& Payloads (MSP) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
The selected candidate will reportdirectlyto MSP's Vice President (VP) and interface with MSP’s VP,Leadership teamand employees from multiple domestic and international locationssupportingMSP programs across multiple functions to deliver businessresults.
Responsibilitiesto Anticipate:
Effectively partner across all levels of the business area
Support business operations across the MSP-SSBU
Manage and coordinate operational projects and initiatives across MSP to meet productivity, quality, and process efficiency goals and objectives
Partner with Program Area Directors on their operational support needs and establish an integrated SSBU strategy and action plan
Establish mid-term (1 to 3 years) operational plans in support of the organization
Lead internal communication initiatives
Identify business operation issues (between business areas and functions) that impact program implementation
Facilitate development of corrective action plans
Travel, as needed, to various RTX locations (roughly 25% travel anticipated)
Coordinate/create supporting data and presentation materials
Facilitate MSP Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings
Manage MSP Action Item database
Ensure projects are planned to support smooth daily operations of MSP programs
Work Location (onsite):
Aurora, CO (preferred) though open to other MSP onsite work locations in El Segundo, CA, Richardson, TX, or Sterling, VA
Security Clearance:
An active and in-scope TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Clearance Information:This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience in the aerospace and defense marketplace unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
Experience leading cross-department project teams and/or managing projects across multiple departmental groups
Experience working with executive leadership teams
Experience managing multiple priorities while interfacing in multiple complex environments within the defense industry
Experience with cross functional business acumen specifically in the areas of planning, scheduling, reviewing processes, and understanding facility requirements in secured areas

Preferred Qualifications:
History of effective communication practices across large organizations
Experience supporting large, complex programs/projects across multiple business and/or platforms
Highly organized and an effective communicator, decision maker with the ability to inspire teams to meet program objectives
Program leadership, financial management: P&L experience of a significant organization, thorough risk management and earned value management skills
OtherSupportingAttributes:
Good understanding of cross area processes to support capture, hiring, and general initiatives across the organization
Ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and management efforts currently underway while building strong customer relationship to continue receive/compete for follow-on contracts
