Associate Director - P&C Insurance LeadGen
We're on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Associate Director of Insurance (AD) who is self-motivated and ready to drive results! In this role, you'll steer, manage, and expand our organization's Property & Casualty - Insurance verticals. If you have experience in running lead generation verticals, lead gen business lines, or BD/Product Management, that's a huge plus. We're seeking someone with a vibrant understanding of lead gen funnel optimization, affiliate and buyer performance metrics, and marketing optimization. Join us in making Insurance shine!
The AD of Insurance will be accountable for planning and executing to drive quality, revenue, and gross profit growth for today, tomorrow, and the future via cross-functional collaboration, alignment, and actions.
The successful candidate for this role should embody an entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, fostering partnerships with internal departments, cultivating and securing marketing growth initiatives, generating new monetization paths, and meeting business objectives.
This leader should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of the Auto and Home vertical operations, lead gen functions, talent acquisition/development, multi-tasking, and prioritizing with a strong analytical mindset.
Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with, no pressure ):
Champion the balance of supply, demand, and profitability, overseeing multi-million-dollar partnerships and managing the size and directing scale of our Insurance business.
Strategize for Quality Volume Growth
- Run and Grow Auto & Home verticals with potential of driving $12M-$20M in revenue annually.
- Partner with marketing to build, drive and sustain 200k+ inquiries/month that balance client, quality, marketing and profit goals.
Tactical Focus on Multi-Million Dollar Partnerships
- Implement strategic tactics for securing and expanding anchor partnerships.
- Actively prospect, test, and secure new reliable traffic sources on a continuous basis.
Maintain & Enhance Revenue
- Secure a diversified customer base through new business acquisition and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Motivate and collaborate with sales colleagues to prospect, contract, and onboard new buyers, fostering diversification and increased demand.
- Continued growth and development of monetization paths.
