Woodmont is seeking an experienced Multisite Property Manager to manage two beautiful apartment communities with a combined 185 units located in Fremont. This position is EXEMPT, the schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm. The Multisite Property Manager will be accountable for a broad range of duties including managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining high occupancy levels, supporting our marketing programs, establishing, and maintaining financial goals and managing and supporting the property team.
The position requires a candidate with:
Proven supervisory skills
Strong financial analysis and computer skills
Solid organization and administrative skills
Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry
Strong Marketing and Sales skills with the ability to train staff in same
Superior customer service and resident relations experience
Specific skills required:
2+ years prior Property Management experience.
Property Management software experience required. RealPage experience a plus.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to multi-task, remain highly organized, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to prepare and make presentations to the ownership and the community.
Strong vendor management experience.
Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with vendors, tenants, staff, ownership and the community.

Salary Range:
$7,250 - $7,666.67 per month
The company considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role), vacation and sick time off, and a benefits package.
