POSITION OVERVIEW:
CCAP, Creative Capital Solutions, is actively seeking self-motivated and proficient Associate Business Finance Loan Brokers to join our dynamic team. This role is commission-based, offering unlimited income potential based on your performance.
As an Independent Associate Business Finance Loan Broker, you will be at the forefront of our mission, proactively identifying and targeting potential clients within the SME sector. Your primary responsibilities will include cold-calling, driving sales, and effectively managing rejections, all while utilizing your expertise to excel in this rewarding position.
With an uncapped earning potential, you'll have the opportunity to make $50,000 to $100,000+ in your first year. Your success will be directly linked to your dedication, skills, and ability to build lasting client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within the SME sector through meticulous research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Consultative Selling: Skillfully pitch and prospect leads with the goal of converting them into valued clients. Employ a consultative approach to understand each client's unique financial needs and tailor our services to provide customized solutions.
- Sales Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed predetermined sales targets and performance metrics, consistently reporting progress and insights.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and progressing leads, make a minimum of 250 + calls a day.
- Educate merchants on the benefits of alternative financing cash advance lending.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organized and thorough, tracking your own leads and ability to manage your pipeline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective phone communication and highly confident when it comes to making and receiving phone calls, with a proven ability to engage and communicate effectively.
- Excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment.
