The mission of the Business Checking team within GCS is to create banking products that are the best choice for our small business customers. The Communication Associate Product Manager will be responsible for executing against our Servicing Communications roadmap across email, paper, mobile push, and notification channels. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Product Management, Product Development, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Servicing to deliver clear, effective, and compliant communications for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executional support to the Communication Senior Product Manager to deliver on the Servicing communications roadmap
  • Lead the end-to-end cross-functional communications review and approval process, including managing review documentation and leading approval submissions for all new and updated communications
  • Support the remediation process for urgent issues, operational events, and corrective actions where a customer communication is required
  • Build documentation to formalize existing processes and procedures; update and maintain inventory to ensure controls and compliance
  • Manage governance over communications; partner with Operational Excellence to conduct tests and due diligence on an on-going basis to ensure processes are working as designed
  • Create and maintain an insights' repository to understand key performance metrics and industry standard practices
  • Provide executional support to deliver on certain Account Management features
  • Occasional projects may be assigned as needed, contingent on available capacity and organizational requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Banking, Marketing or Financial Services experience preferred
  • Results-focused with excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and enthusiasm for detail-oriented work
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively; take initiative and be comfortable with less defined and rapidly changing business challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with collaboration skills
  • Customer-first mentality with a desire to deliver best-in-class customer experiences
  • Interest to learn and grow within the Product organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
