Description
The Transition Ops Associate works directly with Advisor teams that are moving their business to Citizens Private Wealth. The Transition Ops Associate will report into the Transition Manager and together they will work directly with Advisor teams that are moving their business to Citizens Private Wealth. He/She will conduct consultative discovery sessions with individual Advisors and Advisor Teams, to understand the makeup of their book of business, creating mapping strategies for existing advisory assets to our platforms. The Transition Ops Associate should possess experience understanding the unique advisor needs, such as, benefits, pricing, platform tools and technology. This Associate is the subject matter expert (SME) and possess a high level of product knowledge and attention to detail.
Primary responsibilities include
- Work with financial advisors to map assets of their current practice.
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of Citizens Private Wealth offerings.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Advisory Platforms and investment products
- Series 7 and 65 or 66 strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $85-$100k, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
