Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
The Assoc Analyst – Business Performance, Execution, and Operational Strategy will be responsible for providing data insights in support of Airport Operations and the Quality & Process teams. The position will provide ad-hoc analysis on a wide range of topics related to how our customers and employees experience all aspects of United’s operational performance.
- Work with SME’s throughout Airport Operations to ensure Ops related challenges are data based and prioritized
- Support observations and audits across Airport Operations, in collaboration with the Quality & Process auditing team
- Provide support to the Business Performance, Execution, and Operational Strategy team in analysis and reporting of acquired insights
- Develop efficiency-based presentations to be presented to leadership throughout the company
- Build a reporting structure that supports a competitive top-tier airline

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills
- Ability to learn new applications for reporting data insights
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Airline operations knowledge
