Job Description
The primary focus of the Treasury Analyst is to support and execute Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc.’s Foreign Exchange (“FX”) and commodity strategies and support the overall Free Cash Flow (“FCF”) forecast process. Additional support to be provided on various Treasury projects to generate efficiencies and optimize liquidity profile.
Position location: This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our main office located in Deerfield, IL to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Executes FX Trading for Cash Flow and Balance Sheet hedging programs and supports all back office reporting, confirmation and settlement processes.
• Implements and executes Commodity hedging strategy working closely with global purchasing groups to quantify and address exposures.
• Manages FX/Accounting reporting process (Trade Summary, FX Rate Distribution, settlement entries, etc.).
• Consolidates global FX exposures for management reporting purposes.
• Support Treasury Manager in the management of short-term and long-term direct FCF and global liquidity reporting.
• Support Treasury Manager across multiple banking projects to improve liquidity visibility and to simplify bank reporting.
• Support Treasury Manager in bank account maintenance, portal administration and overall compliance.
• Support Treasury Manager to optimize liquidity profiles and cash repatriation initiatives.
• Provides secondary support to Treasury operations desk in daily cash/liquidity positioning across cash pools.
• Responsible for special and cross-functional projects across Treasury, Finance Insurance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal functions.

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at applying basic accounting concepts.
• Excellent Excel skills required.
