The Compensation team delivers guidance and controls on all matters relating to compensation, while helping the firm remain competitive with respect to pay philosophy and practices. We deliver reward expertise on regulatory compensation, governance, and policy related topics. Having a compliant framework within the Compensation space is an important part of having a best-in-class Compensation team. Overall, the team navigates line of business demands, market conditions, regulatory and control aspects to provide expertise and counsel on both individual and group compensation decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Comp Review Process (CRP) including modeling, preparing analysis and reporting.
- Provide counsel and support to managers and HR partners on all compensation matters including evaluating compensation packages, managing the year end compensation process, and providing guidance and resolution to day-to-day compensation queries
- Support the compensation team during the annual compensation year-end process, as required to ensure proper execution and implementation locally and globally
- Provide support in regulatory and compliance matters, including Board reporting and compensation committee material (global and regional)
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and control functions to review permanent control, policies, and processes
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for various meetings (include Committees meetings).
- Serve as a liaison with all stakeholders (Recruitment, HRBPs, Business managers, US REWARDS, etc....) for all compensation related topics
- Maintain and update compensation and regulatory policies and procedures

The expected starting salary range for this position in New Jersey is between $95,000 to $120,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Data Management, or related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in compensation, finance, or related discipline, preferably in Financial Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and well organized
- Understanding of the US/ECB regulatory environments
- Advanced skills in Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR processes and core compensation principles.
- Experience in US Compensation regulatory issues
- High level of attention to detail
