Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, file expenses, prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and carry out other administrative tasks for the department.
- Assist the Director of PGA and PGA management team in tracking and managing projects.
- Ensure appropriate coordination between PGA and other AIPAC departments, regional offices, and the senior management team.
- Participate in compiling daily news clippings; this requires early arrival 1-2 weeks per month.
- Track legislation as required.
- Assist in scheduling congressional lobbying appointments and participate in appointments when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Passion for a strong U.S.-Israel relationship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under strict deadlines, and efficiently multi-task.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and an affable phone personality.
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of office experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Full competency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
