Form of workCreche Day School is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play an important role in creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment for our students. You will work closely with the lead teacher and assist in implementing lesson plans, supervising daily activities, and providing individualized attention to students.

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide support to students during class activities and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in assessing student progress and development
- Supervise and monitor students during indoor learning and outdoor playtime
- Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and understanding of child development principles
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
