Assistant Property Manager

### Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and has strong administrative skills.

We prefer a candidate who is familiar with the tenant management program Ap Folio

### Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer support to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Assist with the coordination and execution of property events and promotions

- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, invoice paying, payroll, and document management

- Support the Property Manager in maintaining accurate records of leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and tenant satisfaction

- Assist with lease renewals and new tenant onboarding processes

- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule necessary services

### Requirements:

- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Proficient in using Ap Folio and Power Point other office software applications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Knowledge of property management software is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
