SalaryCFE, Inc. has been in the commercial roofing and wall panel business for over 40 years. We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager that will provide administrative support for construction Project Managers.

Position Responsibilities:
- Adheres to and helps enforce our Environmental, Health, and Safety Program
- Attends weekly Operation’s meetings and project handover meetings
- Assist with estimating, reviewing, submitting, and processing change orders
- Input daily production tracking and timecard information for review and approval
- Visit job-sites occasionally and resolve problems with owners, their representatives, contractors, and sub-contractors
- Generate and process monthly progress billings
- Assist in coding and approving project related invoices from suppliers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Preferred experience in Vista Viewpoint and Bluebeam
- Proficiency in MS Office Software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Excellent follow-up and organization skills
