Job Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for determining the overall costs of a new or existing construction project. You will estimate labor, material, and time requirements in order to be able to compute the overall cost of the project. You will adhere to financial constraints without compromising on our high standards by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. You will work closely with the Project Managers to ensure accurate communication regarding the customer's goals. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop your project management skills.

• You demonstrate self-control and an ability to manage time and priorities
• You write clearly, succinctly and understandably
• You identify and prioritize activities that lead to a goal
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• You adapt to various situations with ease
• Plan reading and specification-reading experience required
• Working knowledge of construction industry and construction estimating software
• Prior experience or internships in project management is a plus
