Salary```Duties:``` - Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination - Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues or concerns - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports - Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates - Support the project manager in managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies ```Qualifications:``` - Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry - Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Prolog, etc. - Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contract administration, and blueprint reading - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
