Assistant Operations Manager in Skils'kin Community Services

Looking for an assistant operations manager to support the Operations Manager as they lead and oversee our Community Employment Services department.

This position will own the billing process, contract and assessment monitoring, and client recruitment. An important role will be fostering case manager relationships for various department services with DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration), Spokane County, FCS (Foundational Community Supports through Medicaid), and DVR (Dept of Vocational Rehabilitation).

The position also provides data driven metrics and tracking to support the Operations Manager as they manage & develop staff and manage clients & their support circles.

This role requires a strong desire to collaborate to help the team succeed. At times your focus will be supporting our staff through different operational situations. Other times your focus will be championing operational excellence by supporting day to day operations, processing billing, monitoring compliance, and ensuring accurate documentation. Your ability to be both relational and analytical will shine through in this role.

Position Overview:

• Working Hours: Full Time
• Pay: $27-$30per hour
• Work Location: Skils'kin corporate office, 4004 E Boone Ave, Spokane WA, and flexible workplace options.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Social Services, or related field is preferred, but not required;related experience totaling five (5)years may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to use specialized software.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or disadvantaged populations is a plus.
• Ability to communicate through sign language is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license, and safe driving record.
• Must have empathy for individuals with disabilities or disadvantages.

Compensation & Benefits:

• This is a full-time hourly/non-exempt position with pay issued every two weeks.
