Assistant Manager

```Duties```
- Assist in managing and supervising staff members, including employee orientation and training
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and balancing
- Assist in budgeting and financial management, including payroll and sales tracking
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with ordering supplies as needed

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as a clerk or Assistant Manager
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Experience with budgeting and financial management, including cash handling
- Knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
