River's Edge at Heber Valley is seeking a professional, personable team member to assist with the management of its resort in Heber City. Utah The successful candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, have great communication skills, and be detail oriented. The Assistant Manager will provide exceptional customer service and efficient operations by performing essential responsibilities and duties. The Assistant Manager will have supervisory responsibility of all Resort staff. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
The Assistant Manger will support the General Manager on the following:
- ·Overseeing all Resort policies, processes, and procedures and carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the established standard operating procedures and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Maintaining exceptional customer service for oneself and the Resort staff.
- Coordinating and directing the work and activities of others to ensure that everyone achieves the Resort’s mission and objectives.
- Providing personnel management including staff mentoring and training, and performance reviews.
- Conducting daily tracking and reporting of cash reports, income, expenses, and management issues to the General Manager.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality for all aspects of the Resort operations.
- Review the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the resort and the completion of the resort’s objectives.
- Ensuring that Resort staff are adhering to HSSE policies and procedures.
- Maintaining the integrity of the brand of the Resort, ensuring that all guests have a positive guest experience.
- Monitoring marketing and operations budgets for the Resort.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
