Assistant Office Manager
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Assistant Office Manager to take on the front desk duties of Mountain Land Physical Therapy’s corporate office. As the Assistant Office Manager, you will play a role in ensuring office duties are done with efficiency and care. Your day to day will include working side-by-side with Mountain Land’s Executive Assistant to direct incoming phone calls, welcome and assist visitors, perform general clerical and administrative duties, and help organize fun company events.

Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively.
- Consistent and strong organizational skills.
Pay Range: $15 - $17 an hour, with annual increases and professional development opportunity.
Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time M-F, fully benefited position and is eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision insurances, as well as life insurances, 401k, and wellness incentives.
