Home Delivery Customer Service Specialist

The position of a Home Delivery Specialist is an important one to us. We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and knowledgeable Customer Service representative to manage customer calls for home cooks. This person will be the voice of Home Delivery at The Chefs Garden and will be relied upon to help make our Customer Service experience outstanding from the very start.
While every day here on the farm looks a little bit different, here are a couple of essential responsibilities that you can expect:

• Answer all Home Delivery incoming calls
• Ensure our customers have an outstanding experience
• Assist customers when placing an order
• Resolve complaints and refunds if they occur
• Make order modifications/ cancellations as needed for customers
• Work collaboratively with Home Delivery, sales, and marketing teams.
• Monitor email from customers and respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries
• Help import orders from Shopify when needed
• Inventory management
• Assist with special projects

The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who has outstanding Customer Service skills, is professional and knowledgeable about our company, and has great computer skills. Here are a few other requirements that we ask of this candidate:
