Assistant Manager ( Bachelor's Degree Required)

Job Description:

• We're looking for a diverse, "jack of all trades" / "utility player" who loves the numbers, but also would be excited to have responsibilities across multiple business functions.
• Rather than hiring multiple part-time employees to tackle each need, we're looking for one full-time person who has strong finance skills but would also enjoy the change of pace that comes from running various one-off projects and non-finance-related duties as well.manages the growth and success of the team
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
• Proficiency in Operations Fundamental Skills requires understanding various retail store and Assistant Manager roles.
• Valuable skills include the ability to read and interpret instructions, effective communication in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Demonstrating common sense understanding, navigating issues with unknowns, and using company technology (e.g., Eclipse, Microsoft Office) are crucial.
• Manages the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate
• Ensures the production team has enough time to manufacture and deliver products based on the client's request
• Managerial roles demand a unique mix of social and technical skills and require common sense to carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment
• Purchases materials and services required for production
• Follows up on interruptions to the order
• Organizes, plans, and implements inventory activity
• Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed
• Satisfactory attendance is essential to meet business needs.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Prior Warehouse and/or Managerial Experience Preferred; Highly Organized; Production and Planning Skills Required; Understanding of Stock Management Systems; Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively; Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal; Leadership Skills; Experience in Negotiating and Working With Suppliers; Ability to Work in a Team Environment; Strong Problem Solving Skills; Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Engage and Motivate Others; Drive to Achieve Results
