Assistant Maintenance Superintendent Wf

Seeking a full-time Maintenance for apartment community. Job duties and responsibilities include: apartment turnover, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, snow removal and other assigned duties. HVAC certification is required. Candidates must be able to:

• Work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to lift 50 lbs alone and 100 lbs with assistance
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Pass a drug test and background screening
• Be willing to be on-call
• Have experience with budgets
• Can work with and schedule required vendors
• Have an eye for detail
• Be a self-starter
