Maintenance Office Assistant

We are looking for a competent, energetic, advanced communicator and leader to join our team as a Maintenance Office Assistant. You will be responsible for working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and helping a team of maintenance technicians and leasing team members to help organize, maintain and effectively attend to the maintenance needs of hundreds of residents at multiple communities.

The work tasks will vary but they will all require organization, teamwork, positivity, critical thinking, attention to detail, computer literacy and a willingness to be flexible.

Going above and beyond will be crucial in this position. Knowing how to "roll with the punches" and adapt to whatever comes your way will be necessary. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
