- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hotel and grounds
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
```Skills```
- Customer service: Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Mechanical knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
-Basic knowledge of routine preventative maintenance tasks
-Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems to track and manage maintenance activities.
-Basic understanding of pool/spa chemical maintenance
- English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
