grass root marketing approaches. The position will be the Marketing Coordinator and will be the face of Goldfish Swim Schools at local
community events and with new and existing partnerships and will be responsible for driving new members and brand
awareness throughout the market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee Marketing/PR initiatives and activities for Ahwatukee schools
Share best practices and recommendations for all areas of marketing: social media, email, digital, events B2B, Water safety, marketing plans, ect.
Provide ongoing support for all questions. and issues relate to Goldfish marketing, program and materials.
Have brand-related conversations with new and open locations (includes offers, new promotions/program request) use of any trademarks, ect.)
Review marketing plans for. new and open locations ad provide recommendations.
Schedule, coordinate and execute marketing and community events, including external school safety
presentations, local festivals and activation opportunities and in-school special events
Create and monitor budgets for all marketing partners, sponsorships, and digital and non-digital ad campaigns
Manage a calendar of all facilities events, sponsorships, advertising, donations, etc. and serve as a contact for
all events, sponsorships, advertising and donation requests
Report on events, campaigns, sponsorships and advertising budgets and schedules for tracking purposes
Maintain inventory and distribution for promotional materials, print materials, and other marketing related items
Assist with social media strategy and campaigns, create/schedule social media post, monitor social media activity, manage influencer partnerships.
Assist with Email Marketing campaigns and copywriting as needed
Collect market research information, to include competitive analysis, demographics, product and service
usages, promotions and pricing information and customer satisfaction
Work with Franchise Marketing Team to ensure brand standards are maintained and Franchise-provided tools
are utilized to maximize efficiencies
Ability to work with children.
Training and supervising.
Supporting front desk, answer phone calls as need.

Assisting General Manager
Requirements:
BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field a plus
Minimum 2+ years marketing/communications experience; Franchise Marketing experience a plus
Local to Ahwatukee area; some travel may be required
